International Webinar
of Complex Biological Systems
01 March - 06 March 2021
Jawaharlal Nehru University
New Delhi, India
We are delighted to inform you about the “Multiscale Simulation and Mathematical Modeling of Complex Biological Systems – MSMM'21”, the Online conference being organized by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India on March 01 - March 06, 2021. The symposium will provide a forum for the national / international scientific community to discuss, debate, parley and network for furthering the latest innovations and advances in biophysics, computational biology and celebrate their applications.
What in store?
This Online-Webinar aims to bring together researchers from the international and national scientific community to discuss the challenges and the advances in the development of mathematical models and multiscale simulation techniques that have the potential to unravel the structure-function relations of cellular machinery. This year, the major focus will be on Transport and Trafficking phenomena in the biological system such as diffusion and movement of various nano machines, structures and dynamics of protein and nucleic acid complexes that exhibit various complex biological phenomena ranging from genome organization to genome maintenance, governing cell shape to cell division and involvement in different diseases. This will include both theoretical and experimental approaches. In addition, the possibility to bridge between simulation & analytical techniques and experimental approaches to integrate their advantages to new multiscale techniques is the primary aim of the program.
